Project Manager (Full-Time)

This is not a passive status-reporting role. You will own delivery rhythm, stakeholder communication, dependency management, and structured follow-through across high-visibility programs. The strongest fit is someone who can create order quickly, communicate with confidence, and keep both clients and builders aligned.

• Own project plans, milestones, weekly execution cadences, and follow-through across multiple active workstreams.
• Run sharp client communication, meeting preparation, notes, action tracking, and executive-ready status updates.
• Partner with technical leads to sequence work, surface risks early, and unblock delivery before issues compound.
• Bring structure to fast-moving consulting engagements without slowing the team down with unnecessary process.

• You will help shape how IQNOVO scales delivery across AI, analytics, and transformation programs.
• The role has direct exposure to founders, senior client stakeholders, and the teams doing the work.
• You will work in a high-trust, outcome-focused environment where ownership matters more than org chart gravity.
• You will have real influence on how projects are staffed, run, and improved over time.

• A track record of managing software, data, digital, or transformation projects with strong stakeholder confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify complexity for clients and executives.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building process, clarity, and accountability where it is missing.
• Familiarity with AI, analytics, automation, or technical consulting delivery is a strong advantage.
