Applied AI Engineer (Full-Time)

You will work directly with clients, delivery leaders, and builders to turn high-value business opportunities into AI products with measurable outcomes. Some weeks you will prototype fast. Other weeks you will harden orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails until the experience is production ready.

• Design and ship LLM-powered copilots, agentic workflows, and internal AI tools that solve real business problems.
• Build pragmatic retrieval, tool-use, prompt, and evaluation patterns that improve quality over time.
• Translate ambiguous client goals into technical plans, experiments, and production delivery milestones.
• Bring engineering discipline to AI work with observability, testing, fallback paths, and clear success metrics.

• Your work will go live fast and be visible to clients, operators, and leadership.
• You will join a senior, low-bureaucracy team that values craft, speed, and ownership equally.

• Strong hands-on experience building software products or automations with Python, TypeScript, or a comparable stack.
• Practical experience with LLM applications, orchestration frameworks, retrieval patterns, or model evaluation.
• Confidence working with APIs, data systems, and production constraints rather than only notebooks or demos.
• Clear judgment, strong communication, and a habit of optimizing for adoption and business impact.
